Skills to improve your games:
1. Increase your jump height : Its all about technique and physical conditioning, not your height.
2. Warm up before the game: By 10/15 mins light jogging. Warmed up legs add 2-4 inches to your jump height.
3. Stiffen your body just before you make the jump, harder you'll push against the ground.
4. Getting the right shoes; snug but not too tight. Because loose fitting shoes impair your ability to put power on the ground when you jump.
5. Hold your breath: before you jump.
6. Your leg muscles: Squats and dead lifts help to build leg muscles.
